Groups Every user can create private or public groups. The group is moderated by the creator himself. Private groups require an activation of new members by the group administrator. The contents of private groups can be accessed only by group members. (private and public)
Blog Every registered user can write his own blog entries. (with comments)
Google-Sitemap plugin ViMP automatically generates a Google (Video) Sitemap using the XML format.
Transcoding plugin Given that the OpenSource transcoding tools (MEncoder, ffmpeg, flv2tool) are installed on the server this plugin is responsible for the transcoding of the uploaded videos into a web suitable format (flv).
Rich-Text-Editor plugin This plugin offers easy to handle ways to format text within text input fields (e.g. bold, italic, etc.). The plugin can be enabled or disabled in the backend.
Adserver Connection The template contains several pre-defined banner spaces that can be filled with any (adserver) banner code via the backend. The banner management is controlled by the adserver (e.g. OpenX or Google AdSense).
Albums Users can arrange media of any type in albums. Each album can be configured with individual access permissions. optional optional optional
