Most of my users are coming from facebook. Some of my users are using the persian alphabet in their facebook name. When they "Connect with Facebook", their username on my website is displayed as ???????.?????? or ???.??????

Is there anyway to correct this problem automatically?

does comments etc. work with persian alphabet?

My idea is, that your database (and tables and fields) don´t have utf-8 as collation. This is needed for displaying all languages in a right way.

I have no quickfix for this.
I´ve created a ticket for our development about this. This should be solved in a further maintenance-release.
